Acre Bird

Acre Bird cocktail icon

Flavor Profile: Smoky, fruity, bittersweet, citrusy

Acre Bird is a minimalist mezcal riff on the Jungle Bird — stripped of pineapple juice but still lush with tropical character. Created by Aslan Guerrero at Acre Resort, this highball-style drink pairs smoky mezcal with Aperol, honey-passionfruit syrup, and a splash of lime.

With just four ingredients, it offers a light, balanced profile that still feels complex — perfect for anyone avoiding pineapple juice but still craving a sunny, citrusy sip.

Acre Bird

A smokier, tangier take on the Jungle Bird — this riff swaps rum for mezcal and pineapple for honey-passionfruit. Earthy, bright, and offbeat in the best way, the Acre Bird flies on bold wings.
