Dangerous Dove
The Dangerous Dove is a high-octane remix of the Paloma with a tiki soul. This equal parts cocktail starts with pineapple-jalapeño infused tequila, then layers on Ancho Reyes for heat, Grand Marnier for richness, and fresh grapefruit juice for bright, zesty bite.
It’s tropical, spicy, and just the right kind of wild. The jalapeño infusion gives it a savory edge, while the Ancho Reyes adds smoky depth. One sip and you’ll know why this one earns its name — bold, memorable, and a little dangerous.

Ingredients
- 0.75 oz Pineapple & Jalapeño Infused Tequila Danos Tequila
- 0.75 oz Ancho Reyes
- 0.75 oz Grand Marnier
- 0.75 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slices (@thecocktailgarnish).
