Last Bird

Last Bird cocktail icon

Flavor Profile: Bitter, smoky, tropical, herbal

Last Bird is a bold tiki hybrid that fuses two iconic classics: the Last Word and the Jungle Bird. Created by Matthias of @servedbysoberon, it layers mezcal, pineapple, green Chartreuse, and Campari into a vibrant and bitter tropical blend.

The result is smoky, bitter, and herbal — with juicy fruit notes that pull it firmly into tiki territory. You can customize the bitterness by swapping Campari for Aperol or infusing it with pineapple like the creator did. This is a perfect canvas for experimentation and exploration.
