Naked & Famous

Naked & Famous cocktail icon

Flavor Profile: Smoky, herbal, citrusy, punchy

The Naked & Famous is a modern classic created by Joaquín Simó at NYC’s Death & Co. This bold equal parts cocktail is a smoky, citrusy riff that merges the structure of a Last Word with the punch of a Paper Plane.

With mezcal’s signature smoke, Aperol’s bitter-orange lift, and yellow Chartreuse’s herbal complexity, this drink somehow feels both wild and balanced. It’s a great gateway cocktail for the mezcal-curious — or a new staple for fans of herbal, bittersweet drinks.
