Created by Vasile Petric of Riverhorse On Main in Park City, Utah, the Alpine Bird is a wintery take on the Jungle Bird. This modern riff swaps in Alpine Distilling’s spicy Lafayette bourbon and Preserve liqueur, adding a layer of holiday warmth to the drink’s tropical roots.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Alpine Spicy Lafayette Bourbon Alpine Distilling
- 0.5 oz Alpine Preserve Liquor Alpine Distilling
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a specialty glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds.
