Alpine Bird
A high-altitude riff on the Jungle Bird that swaps rum for spiced whiskey and adds a rich preserve liqueur in place of sweetener.
Balanced with pineapple and Campari, this version delivers familiar tiki structure with alpine warmth and subtle fruit complexity.

- 1.5 oz Alpine Spicy Lafayette Bourbon Alpine Distilling
- 0.5 oz Alpine Preserve Liquor Alpine Distilling
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.25 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Strain into a specialty glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple fronds.
