Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Unaged Agricole Rum
  • 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Passionfruit Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Orgeat
  • 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with crushed ice.
  • Shake briefly until chilled.
  • Pour entire contents into a snifter or large tiki glass.
  • Top with additional crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a few dashes of bitters.
  • Serve with a reusable or tiki straw.

Notes

Green Chartreuse gives the drink complexity and backbone, balancing the sweet tropical elements.
