Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Unaged Agricole Rum
- 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
- 0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Passionfruit Syrup
- 0.5 oz Orgeat
- 3 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with crushed ice.
- Shake briefly until chilled.
- Pour entire contents into a snifter or large tiki glass.
- Top with additional crushed ice.
- Garnish with a few dashes of bitters.
- Serve with a reusable or tiki straw.
