Famous Bird

A smoky and tropical Jungle Bird riff featuring mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, and Aperol. Bright pineapple and lime juices round out this bold yet balanced variation.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 1 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Fine strain into a rocks glass over a single large cube.
  • Garnish with pineapple fronds and a dehydrated lime wheel.
  • Optional: Add a Jungle Bird pin for flair.

Notes

Yellow Chartreuse and Aperol add herbal depth and balanced bitterness, while pineapple and mezcal bring smoky tropical vibes.
