Famous Bird
A smoky and tropical Jungle Bird riff featuring mezcal, yellow Chartreuse, and Aperol. Bright pineapple and lime juices round out this bold yet balanced variation.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Mezcal
- 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 1 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Fine strain into a rocks glass over a single large cube.
- Garnish with pineapple fronds and a dehydrated lime wheel.
- Optional: Add a Jungle Bird pin for flair.
Notes
Yellow Chartreuse and Aperol add herbal depth and balanced bitterness, while pineapple and mezcal bring smoky tropical vibes.
