Ingredients
1.5ozDark Rum
0.75ozCampari
0.5ozSimple Syrup
0.5ozFresh Lime Juice
1.5ozFresh Pineapple Juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over crushed or cubed ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig.
