Jungle Bird
A bittersweet tropical classic that blends blackstrap rum, pineapple, lime, and Campari. Tiki, but with bite.
Servings: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Dark Rum
- 0.75 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over crushed or cubed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig.
