Jungle Bird-a-Rita
A bold, tropical mashup of the Jungle Bird and Margarita. Pineapple, Campari, tequila, and hibiscus create a tart, floral, and lightly bitter cocktail with a vibrant twist.

- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Sour Mix*
- 0.75 oz Orange Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Pomegranate-Infused Tequila
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 0.5 oz Hibiscus Syrup
- 6 drops Ginger Bitters
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a margarita glass and roll in Tajin.
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled.
Open pour into prepared glass with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple slice, hibiscus flower, or candy ring.
