A gin-based Jungle Bird riff with Aperol and vanilla allspice syrup. Balanced, spiced, and tropical with a softer bitter edge.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Bespoke Gin Rabbit Hole
  • .75 oz Aperol
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • .25 oz Vanilla Allspice Syrup

Instructions

  • Shake all ingredients with ice.
  • Fine strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  • Garnish with pineapple fronds and a dehydrated lime wheel.
