One for the Birds
A bright and bitter Jungle Bird riff by Barlow Gilmore, featuring tropical pineapple and clear amaro.
Servings: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz White Rum
- 0.5 oz Overproof Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz Clear Amaro
- 1.5 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker with a small amount of crushed ice.
- Shake until ice is mostly melted.
- Open pour into a highball glass.
- Top with more crushed ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
Notes
The clear amaro gives this riff a lighter color and flavor.
