Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Plantation 3 Stars Rum
  • 0.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 0.75 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled.
  • Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a toucan pin
